Kelly Whiteman was the third Border Collie Breeder-Specialist judge to be approved to judge by the AKC.  She has judged in California, Illinois, Indiana, Florida, Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New York and Texas.  Ms. Whiteman was voted by the parent club membership to judge the 2008 National Specialty.

A judge who attended the March 2008 seminar also attended the National Specialty.  She commented, " ...[Kelly] judged exactly the way she taught the seminar, and I can think of no higher compliment than that!"

The seminar will be held on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 from 10:00 to noon.  The program covers Border Collie history, standard, faults, Q & A and hands on judging.  Participation will be certified and sent to AKC judging operations.
