KTBCC dedicates its 2007 specialty to the memory of Bob and Mary Somerville.  Bob and Mary were charter members of KTBCC and devoted Border Collie breeders, owners and exhibitors. Both were dedicated workers for KTBCC, and Mary was an Officer of the club from 1993 until her illness forced her to resign in 2004.

Bob and Mary bred Border Collies for many years under the prefix "Somerstar". Somerstar Border Collies were well-known for their outstanding performances in the obedience ring.

Mary passed away in March of 2006.  Bob passed away last September, only six months after the loss of his beloved wife.

KTBCC is hosting its annual Specialty Show, Obedience Trial & Rally Trial in conjunction with the 4-day Kentuckiana Cluster.  KTBCC is supporting the entry of Border Collies at all four all-breed shows, offering a Best of Breed trophy at each. 

Puppy Sweepstakes will be held in conjunction with the Specialty on Wednesday.
